Remember the first Disney Mickey Mouse phone? I do and I sold them in my retail store for $89.99. They were made by a company called AMC; the company was later sold to Comdial in the early 1980's and was abandoned soon after. There were 4 phones in the series: Mickey, Kermit, Snoopy and -- the most valuable -- Whinne the Pooh. If one could find one of those old AMC phones in new condition today, it would bring in excess of $500.00!
Favorites of young and old alike, novelty phones make great gifts and are a wonderful way to express your individuality. And today's novelty phone may be tomorrow's collectible. PHONE SOURCE has novelty phones in many different categories, including movie characters (like Marilyn Monroe), famous critters (like Snoopy or Goofy), trademarks, and planes, trains, and automobiles.
